Does anyzach-- erm, anyone happen to know offhand the highest attained PYL score at the end of or during Round One without the aid of the Add-a-One?

I ask because we were playing a few games of it last night during the OU Game Show Society's meeting, and one very lucky player racked up ten spins for R1, took them all, and ended the round with $7620, a rather high score we thought.

Pressyourluck.tv says "Jerry" set a pre-Add a one record on the 6/12/85 episode. ISTR the pre Add-a-One round one record as being $6200. Peter mentioned it going into the second question round on said episode, and the words "New Round One Record" were flashed on the screen coming out of the commercial.

Yep we do. Travis Schario started it, and our staff advisor is also a member of this board.
