Yes, you can now DOUBLE THE POINTS! at 4 p.m. again as "Family Feud" returns to its former time slot! This is because Channel 5 in New York is moving the Geraldo show into the 6:30 p.m. half hour, where they had briefly tried the ill-fated remake of "A Current Affair." This change takes effect Monday, December 12.

Jerry goes to 6:30pm, which means I lose an ep of the Simpsons.
I'd rather have the Simpsons than Family Feud. Any. Day. of. The. Week.

Boy, that move to noon-1 didn't last long...it took effect 10/31, and being unaware of the fact, I wound up missing this yr's Halloween ep as a result.

I thought The Simpsons hasn't been on at 6:30 ever since they put A Current Affair on at that time. There's only the 7:00 airing.

A Current Affair was cancelled, so the 6:30 Simpsons was reinstated. Until now.
