No, it wasn't from last week's ep.

Could it be from the upcoming straight-to-DVD FG movie?
KyleCHaight
/\Indeed it is.

Good stuff.

... and Richard only kissed the ladies :)
(except on FF94)

I just saw the 4th and 5th picture while doing this post. Think whatever you want to think but dirty minds beware :)

And what the hell do you think Peter is kissing?

Forget Peter's manhandling (or should I say woman-handling? :D)...

They did an excellent job drawing the set; it looks just like the real Feud. Methinks the writers or the producers have been watching GSN a bit...

Concur. They did a pretty good MG parody a few years back as well, with a pretty faithful recreation of the MG set. I'm guessing Seth MacFarlane is a pretty big game show fan (they've parodied TPiR twice, Wheel, J!, HS and then Feud and MG)

"Those are letters, son. Together, they make words."

To those who'd like to know the dialogue in this scene:

At Lackluster Video, Tom Tucker asks Peter if he'd like to host a new segment on the news, to which Peter says "I've been dying to get back on television ever since I stopped hosting 'Family Feud.'" Cut to a flashback of Peter hosting "Family Feud", where he says to the woman "How are 'ya, Betsy? Welcome to the show. You are a lovely young woman." He then proceeds to kiss her on the lips and grab both of her assets while saying "Let me just get my hand up there and feel that one. . .and that one. Now, we're looking for something you shop for at the mall. Three seconds. . ."

You got any screenshots from other game show parodies?
fostergray82
I don't personally. There might be a couple on various "Family Guy" sites, although I'm not sure. Try either www.familyguyfiles.com or www.planetfamilyguy.com for starters.

I believe it's from the new movie...

Actually, I think when the season resumes on September 11, there's a three part trilogy of episodes that is essentially the movie broken up and censored for television. (both epguides.com and tv.com formerly listed these three episodes as "Stewie B. Goode", "Bango Was His Name-Oh!", and "Stu and Stewie's Excellent Adventure", all three of which make up the movie, the titles are even given in the end credits.)

Uh no, the movie isnt even out by then. This movie is called "Direct to Video" for a reason, it could have been in theaters if they chose to, but no. This is a big money maker obviously...until it leaked. Although the movie is considered 3 episodes as it is episodes 11-13 of season 4 in the FG universe, I doubt the movie would air on Adult Swim or Fox until some time after the DVD is released like all movies.

Still is, I think. I'm NOT downloading it RIGHT NOW because that would be illegal, but I think hardcore fans of FG know that the success of the show is directly related to DVD sales, and that the populatity of the boxed sets is pretty much what was responsible for getting the show back on in the first place. So I can see people buying the DVD when it comes out regardless of whether they have downloaded this leaked version just to support Seth's work.

Uh, yes. It's still entirely possible they could air it with the rest of the fourth season. There is almost 30 minutes of "additional footage" contained in the movie that wouldn't be aired with the three part episode.

Nope...it'll be released at the end of September, around the 27th. Stay with me on this one.

A few months before FOX announced new episodes, they were going to release a Family Guy movie, still straight-to-DVD. This was c. late-2003.

When FOX announced the new season of FG (c. spring-2004), the movie was put on the back-burner, then scheduled as a three-part episode. They eventually went back to the original plan of releasing the three-parter as a DVD.

Next to game shows, I love Family Guy! Seeing those pictures of Peter being Richard Dawson was crazy!

What next, Brian the Dog hosting Supermarket Sweep? Then again, he'd be fired for whizzing in the supermarket like he did on an episode (Brian In Love).
$100kPyramidfan
Yes. This is one of my absolute favorite non GS shows! I can't wait to buy this movie. I always love their old TV jokes (especially the game shows)!
