Not bad. It would be real easy to make PYL a drinking game, with some bubbles coming out of the "Y". :)

The proportions are a little different, and the colors appear to be checker-patterned. That doesn't make it worse, however; just different.

That was a really cool recreation...it reminds me of someone else who did the same thing with some other logos...don't remember who it was or what program they used, but it had some nice recreations as well, IIRC, the more-familiar PYL logo and Cullen Blockbusters.

If you look at his first picture, the colors are smooth and natural. The GIF conversion "fuzzes" it up.

That's not to detract from the quality of the "blinky" or the graphic, just an unfortunate side effect of the conversion.

Okay, yeah, it's a little dithery. Still better'n I could do.

(Although I did figure out how to add transparency to a GIF in The Gimp today...)

Well, as far as I know, GSNCommunity group on MSN is still open and still has some of those blinkies. We have Cullen BB as a pic, but Rafferty BB as a blinkie.

Thanks everyone! The only reason it looks "checkerdy", is because I had to find another gif converter that was free. The first one I found had worked fine, but it was a trial version and it put the company's logo in the corner of the gif, which I didn't want.
