The World Famous Boston Marathon happens Monday April 18th. CBS affiliate WBZ usually covers it which will result in no Price Is Right. So plug in your roof antennas if WBZ is the only CBS station available on your cable service. You'll need to tune in WPRI 12 in Providence or WGME 13 in Portland depending on your location.

TPIR is in reruns this week.

I wondered about this (as it's been done before), and a trip to their website confirms it:

Sister station UPN38 will carry the CBS daytime lineup (beginning with Price) at 11am (EST).

So what? I still watch it when it's in reruns. I'm sure other people do, too.

I think you're missing my point. If you have seen the episodes already, it shoudn't be a big deal if they are preempted.

No, I think you're missing Steve's point. Some people don't get the opportunity to watch Price on a daily, or near daily basis. It's irrelevant whether or not the show is in reruns this particular week--there's always someone who hasn't had exposure to those episodes. Even if they have--they may not remeber a thing from this, or any particular episode.
