Found this today, and it works for any recent show that has closed captioning. So, you can enter Wheel, J!, TPiR, or any show that captions. There's even screen shots.

Seems like it would be a little hard to follow a show this way, since I don't see an option to get full transcripts (which would probably be a copyright violation anyway). Also, it can be a little hard to even follow what's going on in the excerpts -- try searching for something that was said on "The Tonight Show," for example.
