(Sigh. Yet another reason Eisner has to be taken out.)

Sounds to me like Disney's holding all the "money" cards here, leaving Caeldor "high & dry" as far as profits go. This is really a finnancial litigation than a legal litigation case here IMO.

"Legal litigation?"

Waiter, I'll have some more of those Clam Shellfish over here as soon as you're able. Thanks.

But Celador's making a "Big Bet" that they can win this one.

You're talking to the man who posts the results of his netgame to ATGS so that Harvey doesn't miss out.

It sounds like just another day of business as usual at Mouseshvitz. I heard they have a whole section in the parking lot reserved for attorneys serving papers; even an "express lane" for 5 lawsuits or less, and a "Frequent Screwing" club.

You know why they draw Mickey with only 3 fingers?...
So he has trouble picking up his check!

(All week, veal.)

I really envy Michael Eisner. I give a global plastics company two years of productivity unmatched by any other employee on their payroll. And how do they thank me? They downsized me. Eisner, OTOH, ran Disney into the ground and they pay him tens of millions for it! Life is not fair.

First, I guess I posted the link to the Reuters site as "proof," you could say. I'll admit that I wasn't thinking straight for those 30 seconds.

And second of all, even though I have games running right now, I am not posting any 'NetGames to ATGS any more. I haven't done so since February.

Besides, Chris Wolvie is the only one who still does that. (Oops!) :P
