Not sure if this is relevant to many people (I know we Canucks are outnumbered here), but General Mills has the 2003 versions of the Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! CD-ROM games, among others, as prizes in their boxes right now. Of course, this may have ended by now, since I do my shopping at a discount chain (so the stock might be a bit old), but getting a free Jeopardy! game with my Honey-Nut Cheerios is a good deal in my book. Heck, this may be in the States as well.

Here in the States, all I got from a Total box lately was a Barney Miller DVD.

General Mills is running a NASCAR promotion in most all products now; although I do seem to recall seeing the Jeopardy! game attached to something else.

I think General Mills offered a Millionaire CD-rom in some cereal boxes c. 2000 or 2001.
