My show (Friday) had the mangum family as champs. Today, (i forget the champs names, but it wasnt mangum) was somebody else vs. Young family. Have they skipped some shows on purpose, or were they in reruns recently?

They skip around all the time. It can get pretty confusing, especially if you get the double run.
