I think Merv himself held the copyright to show as "Jeopardy Productions". But now I question it a bit...recently new items based on Jeopardy have come on the market and mention the copyright holder as "Sony Television Pictures" (yes, Sony still produces the show).

I'm not a regular viewer of Jeopardy, but has the copyright notice on the show changed?

Last I checked, it still says "Jeopardy Productions", and that's as of this season...
