If you could have your local sign company make a sign (being that it actually lights up) of any game show logo, what would it be and why?

GO! Budgetary reasons and I liked the show.

I'd want one of the "Match Game 7_" signs ... or really, even the unlit 6x one, which would hang down overhead at the start of each show. Just because MG is a perennial fave of mine.

The old "$25,000" sign from Wheel. White light bulbs OR the green one.
EDIT: Wait, that's not really a logo...ooh. The Password Plus logo. Because it looks so damn funky.

IIRC, ginormous. Somebody bought the Y alone at auction, and it was pretty massive.

I would take either the Super Password neon logo from the Bonus Game display, the neon spinning Joker from "The Joker's Wild", or the old neon "Barker's Bargain Bar" sign.
/ Do I have a thing for Neon?

/// No, Neon. Elemental symbol: Ne. Atomic Number: 10.

The sign used to open NBC Concentration for a time. It was a series of mini trilons, each with a letter on it, which would rotate to expose the word "CONCENTRATION" to the accompaniment of Milton Kaye on the celesta.

Probably The Price Is Right in white letters with the old red $ next to it on a black background. That's how I saw it lit up at night on a sign or billboard or whatever it is down a country road around these parts in south Jersey back in the early 1970's(I wanna say 1974 but I might be off by a year or two).

I'd also say the spinning neon Joker from the early-80s...either that or the PYL logo (the small one from the back of the contestant island).

I'd probably have to go with the 2nd version Match Game sign (cuz then I don't need to order a new one with the year change. :-P).
And I know at least one person on here wants a Classic Concentration sign...

Seconded. For practicality's sake, the neon "Card Sharks" from Perry's version would be mighty nifty. Although a giant word balloon with "Whew!" on it could find a use somewhere.
And when did "The Price Is Right" ever have a red dollar sign?

Something like that...they had a gigantic sign that displayed how much money a team had just won in the bonus round, or how much was won up to that point. It would also flash dollar signs during the credits.
Courtesy of YouTube and chrisivision07,
here's said sign from the last segment of the finale. The numbers are usually a lot clearer to see than that, though.

Seconded., with the neon Super Password sign which hovers over the Alphabetics round a close second -- both would look great in a bar surrounded by all the other neon beer signs.
Then again, that tiffany-style Liars Club "Lampshade" would look good in a room with a high ceiling! :)

As of 1986, that lampshade still existed. It was on the floor(!) of Larry Hovis's production office waiting room. You can keep the
Password Plus logo. It looked like a handwritten scrawl. Whoever drew the logo on the home game is a true artist who made it look as if it might be a font.
Anyway, I'd go with the
Concentration logo of Narz's head because I like it and I don't think anybody else would want it.

What constitutes a Pyramid logo? If it's the title plaque in front of Dick's lectern, I'd take that, but I'd rather have the sign with the dollar amount that went over the actual pyramid.

Ah, you're right. Now that I compare both from Youtube clips, 50 Grand Slam's sign is MUCH bigger:

The clip-on Family Feud sign. Looks nice on its own; big, but not too big to fit comfortably in the house; simple wiring and light bulbs make repair easier and less likely to be needed than neon or chasing...
