So what happened to the Monday episode from that week?
(No you don't have to answer that - it's probably just a tape that didn't stand the 40-year test of time, like the 2000th Jeopardy! episode - but what I do want to know is, how much of the CBS daytime run does GSN have?)

They have the full late 60s syndication package, which oddly didn't include every episode from every week. There's what seems to be a pretty complete list of what's in GSN's package and what isn't at

Looks like they're back to the nighttime episodes.
And why did the last CBS daytime episode seem like it had pretty much every reference to it being the last episode removed?

It was edited for the off-network syndication package.

Right. They wanted all mention of that fact removed for syndication, especially since it wasn't even the last episode of the package. The syndication package continued on to the color nighttime shows. (Am I the only one that finds it odd that so few of those have aired on GSN?)

Back in the old
Prime Games days, they ran through all the color nighttime shows several times. I believe there were fewer than two dozen, but they aired them in order before reverting to the '62 primetime premiere.

Hopefully they do that this time. They've certainly not ran all the color nighttime shows this decade.
