I happened to browse Ebay, and I noticed a ticket for a taping to what appears to be another pilot for Run For the Money. Is it possible that there was a second pilot that was shot in L.A.?

It was the only pilot. To the contrary of what was said about Run being shot in the UK, it was shot in LA. Run was also responsible for Going for Gold.
