Liberty Media is spinning off its entertainment unit - which includes 65 pct. of GSN - and combining it with satellite TV provider DirecTV, which Liberty controls.
The spinoff plans had been disclosed, but the details were announced Monday.



And I have no idea what this will mean, if anything at all.

Maybe this explains part of the reason for Fremantle pulling most of their library off the channel?
