Any reason why some shows had subhosts and continued taping (ANLMAD w/Geoff Edwards, Davidson Squares w/J.J. Bullock) and some shows cancelled tapings altogether? (only one I can really think of is TPIR, but James subbed for him early in the run)

I'd guess with TPIR you might have Barker's ego as a factor. Davidson HS was in more of a pickle because of John's injury. I don't think they'd want to hold up tapings that long.

Just what I was thinking. I wonder if he wasn't executive producer, if it would be a different story.
