Full Version: July 4th: Celebrating independence, BBQ...and game shows!

Under the old format, these little stunts entailed the winning series' having their intros posted.
Welp, now we can do things right.

The full episodes on May 31st is simply a taste of July 4th, because on July 4th, Page O' Clips will feature an entire episode of each of the top 10 game shows for which you all have voted.
I've decided to commence the voting process now, so shuffle on over to Page O' Clips and follow the simple instructions.

Damn...I truly hope this doesn't reach the GSN boards...otherwise, we'll be seeing crap like "Press Your Luck".

At least you made people do a little legwork.
Jimmy Fiono Coyne
Oof, I made a bit of an error that will be corrected.
Some shows will NOT be eligible on account of their running on GSN already.

EDIT: I retract that actually. If they make it on there, they make it on there...but with a much larger selection of series', the top 10 out of over 200, I doubt PYL will be there anyway. I actually kinda wish it doesn't make it, but I can't vote. heh.
Hopefully for y'all's sake, shows not currently running on GSN will win.

Dude, it's your site. If you don't want something to win, it doesn't have to win. :)

Point taken, Chris. :-D
I'll even flat out state that I don't Press Your Luck to win. In fact, I hope that no show with a run currently on GSN wins at all. However, I just don't want to restrict the options based on my own personal distaste. Consequently, the entire library is fair game.
I pick the clips normally at my own accord.
This time, however, it'll be the game show loving internet population that will control what's shown, with no limitation from me or "mysteriously deleted" votes. :-)

Great stuff Jamie, as usual; I hope obscurity wins out over familiarity.

I just wonder if there's going to be enough bandwidth for all this stuff, plus the 40 clips you'll have in the upcoming "Page O' Clips Favorites Showcase".

Man, that site's going to rock even more than it is already.

1.5 TB of bandwidth available per month, I know there will be. :-)

Well, your call, but it certainly never stopped GSN in the past, so I don't see why it should stop you. :)

Yeah, I just knew GSN threw out all those votes for Way Out Games and The New Quiz Kids.
Speaking of which, and this is a longshot, but does anyone happen to have the 3-year old vote tally for GSN the Feast of Favorites? I distinctly remember a specific claim that Winning Streak received 9 votes for the FoF in '03...
