The following line ought to answer your question:

"Please note:- These themes are available freely on the internet so what you are paying for is my time and the blank cd."

Which of course isn't remotely close to an accurate statement, strictly legally speaking, particularly if he includes so much as a single track available on the two GSN CD's, but I doubt Ebay will touch it.

(And actually, maybe the copyright laws are different in Scotland, I honestly don't know myself.)
