Apologize in advance if this has been asked before:

On the 80s Pyramid, did anyone ever achieve what I would call a Perfect Game...

- Winning both 7-11 and Mystery 7
- Winning both $5000 bonuses for a 21-21 tie
- Winning both trips in the Winners Circle (Not just on the $25,000 try)

Just a curiosity question, no special reason why. Thanks in advance!

I can pretty safely say that there was never a $35,000 winner, let alone that plus the rest. (pyrfan will correct me if I'm wrong.)

The most I've ever seen a contestant win in a regulation game day is $31,100. A few of those contestants also hit the Mystery 7 prize in that same show. One of them was Georgeann Wright. She herself played two perfect games that day, but her opponent "only" got 20 points in the first game.

Incidentally, on 2/11/86, Richard Kline gave away $25,000 the hard way. He won $10,000 for each player, winning a 21-21 tie in game 1. To make it just a little more interesting, one of his previous wins was the first clip at the top of the show. (Neither player chose, let alone won, a bonus card while playing with him.)

Interesting that Pyramid was one of the few games where you can lose out on possible money because your opponent failed.
